Instead, I am thrilled to announce that my team has grown in the most wonderful way! Rocio Fausto, an accomplished businesswoman and licensed Realtor®, will be adding her talents in international and local real estate investment to the Cynthia Pierce organization. Her expertise and relationships with investors and developers in other countries enhances my ability as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) to provide both US and foreign clients comprehensive real estate services in the global market. Watch out 2017!
Rocio Fausto’s Background
Rocio is a licensed Real Estate agent in Georgia and Florida and certified as a Property Management Specialist. She received her MBA, CPA and “Evaluation of Investment Projects” degrees and certifications from some of the most prestigious universities in Mexico. In recent years, Rocio helped clients invest in income producing properties, earning them $30,000 to $100,000 in net profit per transaction. She has organized and taught real estate workshops to the public as well as continuing education classes to other agents.
She has been actively engaged in Atlanta’s Latin American community with two years as vice president of Casa de España in Georgia, a Spanish cultural non-profit organization with deep roots in the close-knit Hispanic community. She was also honored by Georgia Power as a Hispanic leader in the area and also invited to be one of the session leaders for Atlanta’s USA Latin Entrepreneurs round table. What a slacker!
