Happy new year! I have hit the ground running this year with a My number of new clients who are taking advantage of the Winter seller’s market to list their home. While I help them prepare, I want to take the opportunity to introduce some of the talent I am so fortunate to have on my team. Each person contributes a unique background, impressive talent and a wealth of expertise to the success of my real estate business and all are great fun to work with!

This month I am shining a spotlight on Denise Britti who joined my team in 2013. She is one of my creative talents who has combined a 20-year career in hi-tech marketing (ask about her Steve Jobs story!) in D.C. with 10 years as an award-winning full-service interior decorator in NC, into a role as my lead marketing and designer guru. Denise provides input on all our creative marketing efforts to help sell homes but she also is an interior design consultant in her hours away from my office with her business: www.interiorhues.com.

Denise offers hourly consulting advice on interior paint color selection and home staging, and provides unique virtual design services in space planning, drapery design, paint / fabric / accessory selection and wall arrangements.
